As a Redfellas-franchisee, you get the benefit of being in business for yourself but not by yourself. You have the opportunity to use your entrepreneurial skills and to be your own boss, whilst taking advantage of established business processes and procedures.You will learn all facets of running a Redfellas franchise by undertaking our training program utilising the Redfellas business system including product merchandising, stock control, marketing and overall business management. You will receive firsthand experience by in-store training with our training manager. You will also get access to lower purchase prices, help with lease negotiations,blueprints and design of stores exterior and interior, marketing program, recipes and know-how and professional and on-going support.
